Practice Puzzle

Fill the grid with numbers 1 to 16, using each number once. Starting clues are bold and cannot be changed. The final number is also bold.

Fill Efficiency compares the minimum entries needed with the entries you make. Reset keeps your entry count.

On a laptop, select a square and type 0–9 on your keyboard. Use the arrow keys to move between squares and Backspace to erase.

The shade of the square you are leaving tells you the distance to the next number: white = 1 square, light grey = 2, dark grey = 3. Move horizontally or vertically, never diagonally.
